Finally some video games that I want to play too!

Don’t get me wrong, I kind of adore Lego Batman and Starwars, but there is something so pure and fun about any game involving Mario and Luigi. It just brings me back. We played and beat Paper Mario for the Wii. That was pretty cool, new adventures, new abilities. Started Mario Galaxy, but never really got into it. I may try it again at some point….

However, now….we just bought Super Mario Brothers for the Wii. Its super similar to the old school version. You even hold the control the way you used to (though they do give you a Wiimote/nun-chuck option as well). Similar worlds, similar concepts, but now we can play up to 4 people at a time! The graphics are better, and the levels are more thought out, and its just ever so much harder because you have to coordinate with your team mates. We kept on causing each others deaths. Its been so long that I’ve been excited about a game. Its been even longer that I have gotten so frustrated with a game that I had to stop playing it for the night! I hate losing.

So…now, this will be our latest time suck. In between The Biggest Loser, Lost and the usual Thursday night line up…Super Mario Brothers it is.
